The Providence Journal

Women's Development Corp., a nonprofit developer, yesterday celebrated the opening of Wildberry Apartments in West Warwick at 95 Archambault Ave. The senior-housing complex has 47 apartments that were available to low-income residents as of July 1. The complex is fully occupied, with the majority of residents from West Warwick and abutting communities. Its community room was dedicated in honor of Sally Alves Rainville, a lifelong West Warwick resident and teacher at her alma mater, West Warwick High School. The total cost of the development was $6.6 million, with $6.3 million from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
