It has a high velocity air heating system. It has a high efficiency Viessman boiler with an oil fired burner. Look around the room – there are no baseboard protruding into the rooms instead you have air ducts near the ceiling. This means all rooms have a larger footprint and more usable room. The windows are double pane insulated. This house is well insulated, the walls are 6 inches with fiberglass insulation. The bathroom fans are the Panasonic Whisper Jet with programmable switches. The units have received special funds from various governmental agencies which have allowed the units to be offered for sale at a price substantially below the price they would sell for in the open market. In exchange for the ability to buy the units at a much reduced price, the buyers have certain obligations. The most significant obligation includes a reduced right to resell the units for a profit. All sales of the units must be to individuals who are approved by an outside monitoring agent. If these provisions are not followed, you or a subsequent purchaser will be subject to a purchase right vested in a third party which may allow this third party to buy the unit at a price below the price at which you have agreed to sell your unit. In addition, the units may be subject to mortgages which the unit owners will not have to pay on a monthly basis, but will be required to pay some or all of any profit received from the sale of units to such mortgagees.
