All apartments are funded by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. You must be 62 years of age to apply.

Income eligibility:

One person household size - the maximum income is $26,500

Two person household size - the maximum income is $30,250

Saugatucket Springs Apartments:

One person household size - the maximum income is $30,000

Two person household size - the maximum income is $34,250
